GAMBLING LIMITS

You must not bet more than the maximum amount permitted by law. Wer reserves the right to limit betting amounts at its discretion.

IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

To use the Gaming Facilities, you may be required to provide identification, which will be verified in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

PROHIBITED GUESTS

You are not allowed to bring any unauthorized guests into the Gaming Facilities. We reserve the right to request identification from anyone who enters or attempts to enter our premises.

All intellectual property rights (including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights and patents) in relation to Wer's gaming facilities, games, software and other materials remain vested with Us at all times.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

Wer shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, terrorism, civil unrest or acts of God.

SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

Wer is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of personal data. We will protect Your information in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

USE OF GAMING FACILITIES BY MINORS

Minors are not permitted to use any gaming facilities, and any attempt to do so may result in expulsion from our premises without refund or compensation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Wer reserves the right at its discretion to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to behavior that is disorderly, rude or threatening.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

In the event of cancellation by Wer, any monies paid will be refunded in full, minus any deductions as permitted under applicable laws and regulations.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wer reserves the right at its discretion to amend, modify, cancel or update any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between Wer and You with respect to use of the Gaming Facilities and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event that a dispute arises from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, it is agreed that the matter will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Wer disclaims any liability to You for any loss or damage arising out of use of our gaming facilities, including but not limited to consequential losses such as lost earnings or missed opportunities.

BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In the event that you breach these Terms and Conditions in any way, We reserve the right at its discretion to suspend or cancel your account and/or refuse access to the Gaming Facilities without refund or compensation.

CONFIRMATION

By using our gaming facilities, You confirm Your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as well as all applicable laws and regulations governing our business.

MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

Wer shall have the right at its discretion from time to time to modify or change any part or entire provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions without notice.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Wer and You with respect to use of our gaming facilities, superseding all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements.
